This is a 60 minute, gentle yoga class that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners or someone with physical limitations. The class included deep breathing, poses, stretches, and meditation. A perfect class to quiet the body and mind and relax!
Beginner’s Vinyasa is a yoga class that links breath to movement. Moving slowly and mindfully through each pose, the instructor will place emphasis on proper alignment and breath awareness. This class is suitable for all level yogis, especially beginners who are looking for a more in-depth description of each posture. The use of props and suggested modifications will be given to meet the needs of the students present in class.
Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga
This flow-based vinyasa yoga class is a balance of breath work and continuous moving sequences consisting of different poses and postures. You will experience the flow of a traditional Sun Salutation as well as standing postures to challenge your strength and balance.
It is tailored to the participants and what they need to find that balance, giving different modifications for each body.
This class combines breath, movement, strength, and flexibility in such a way that members begin to explore the feeling of using their breath to aid their muscles in each posture and stretch.
We will focus on postures that will counterbalance the actions found in your daily life.
