Meet Krista, a highly qualified and dedicated professional with a passion for health and wellness. Holding a 500-hour Pilates certification and accredited as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Nutrition Specialist, and NASM Certified Behavioral Change Specialist, Krista’s expertise extends into various facets of physical well-being.

Krista’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Loma Linda University, where she began her illustrious 26-year career in healthcare and rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, Krista has played a pivotal role in aiding individuals to reclaim their independence post-surgeries, accidents, and disabilities.

Since 2018, Krista has been actively refining her Pilates practice and program, placing emphasis on the integration of mind and body for holistic health and wellness. Guided by Joseph Pilates’ principles that “change happens through movement, and movement heals,” Krista is committed to facilitating transformative experiences for her clients.

A Southern California native and third-generation resident, Krista’s roots run deep in San Diego, where both her parents grew up. As a single mother to four remarkable children, two of whom are now adults, and a proud grandmother, Krista finds joy in family moments, beach outings, and energizing Peloton sessions.

Beyond her professional achievements, Krista is a steadfast advocate for fostering health and well-being at any stage of life.
