Cearra has been working in the health and wellness field since 2013 and has found herself in a variety of fitness modalities- everything from personal training, spin classes, boot camps and various styles of yoga. Exploring and diving deeper into different forms of yoga is what has brought her the most fulfillment the last few years. Helping others to learn ways to heal their own bodies is why she teaches. The main focus of her classes are cultivating a feeling of total embodiment for students.
