At eStudio Pilates + Yoga, we offer Pilates and Yoga classes for a maximum of 8 people per class, as well as Private Pilates instruction. Our space is equipped with 2 separate studios to allow Pilates and Yoga classes to occur concurrently. Our studio innovates traditional Pilates by teaching our classes on non-traditional TotalGym Encompass Reformers, Stott Spring Walls, and the Stott Split-Pedal Stability Chair (Wunda) Chair. Our Foundation Pilates class is where you will launch and maintain lasting strength and flexibility by utilizing the 6 traditional Pilates principles: Centering, Control, Concentration, Breath, Precision, and Flow. In our Intermediate and Jump Pilates classes, you will be challenged to embody those principles. In our Yoga studio, we hold Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga classes on the mat, and Myofascial Release group classes. Deeper descriptions of all of our classes can be found here.
